MicroBiz Buffalo's mission is to connect entrepreneurs to enterprise services and to develop strategies, resources and relationships promoting the economic growth of Western NY through entrepreneurism and self-employment.
Relationships are at the heart of MicroBiz Buffalo, Inc. We rely on relationships to ensure entrepreneurs and the self-employed receive the resources they need, when they need it. The Buffalo State College Small Business Development Center, SCORE Buffalo-Niagara, the Canisius College Women's Business Center and WEDI offer in-person technical assistance to clients, in the form of counseling, coaching, mentoring, and workshops. MicroBiz forged a relationship with the Belmont Shelter Housing Corp. to administer our Individual Development Accounts because we identified the need to help low-wealth individuals increase their assets by starting or expanding a business.
